That is absolutely nuts. It looks like the entire AUDM STi AWD drivetrain too, except I can't find the radiator (probably under the rear fenders).
 
What's the weight ratio of that thing?

Seems like you'd need a ton of counterweights in the rear to hold it down.
 
Isn't the (US spec at least) WRX STI rated at near (if not over) 300 HP?

That is the AUDM STi engine, rated at (IIRC) 260bhp stock (195kw). Only the USDM gets the 300bhp 2.5L, all other markets get the 2.0L turbo. I don't know why the site claims the lower power figure, it might be whp.
