I'd like to have a shourtcut or small app that I can setup for a specifc folder where my wallpaper is at and with just one click of the mouse have it randomly change my current wallpaper. I do not want something to automaticly change my wallpaper. I want control.

Does anyone know if this is possible?

winwall does exactly what you want it to, and then some [more customizations]. Been using it for almost a year.

When you want your wall to change, single-click the winwall systray icon.
 
Thanks .. but I'm looking for something more simple. I don't want a program loaded at startup .. in the tray .. or randomizer. All I want is a shortcut or icon I can click on to change the wallpaper.
