that wasent a Zit it was an infection , most of what came out was Pus followed by decaying flesh, caused by the spider bite, which is why it was so big

the youtube vid is a cyst, can be caused from various things, i poped one on an ex GF a while back, wasent that big but a large amount of pasty white crap came out of it, my dad has seen ones the size of softballs in the hospitial, they have to stab it with a scalpul to open it up because its hard on the inside. and the stuff literally rockets out of it and is an instant releif for the person who has it
