just wanted to amend something to face 2 faces review, don't worry about the bios setting for video memory, it is ignored in windows 8 where video memory is completely dynamic.

Now I know most people like 16:9 for android and windows tablets, but I prefer the 4:3.

I agree. 16:9 is really only good for watching videos. Especially on displays that small. Everything else is better with 4:3 or 3:2.

I'm not sure, but they sell a different model with the same screen that's dual OS. It actually looks nicer, too bad I didn't see it when I was buying this one.

There's a 64GB version of the dual boot one as well, which is what you'd want. Windows 8.1 takes up a lot of space as is.

They do make pure Andorid devices using some no-name ARM chips based on the Cortex-A9. GPU is really dated. I figure they probably perform on par with the iPad 3. The Atom based ones are definitely superior.

Here are some ONDA V975W benchmarks. I am using AnandTech's graphs from the recent Nexus 9 review as a comparison.

GPU scores aren't surprising. Bay Trail Atoms use older Ivy Bridge based Intel HD Graphics cores. GPUs are not Intel's strong suit.
