Did you know that 90% of bad breath comes from not your gums or teeth but from the soft, warm tissues of your tongue?
I saw my GF's bathroom cabinet holding a tongue scraper.. At first I was like WTF is this and I used it.
Upon scraping, all sorts of mucus like gunk buildup from my tongue came off. I realized my seemingly clean tongue from daily brushing and mouth rinsing was certainly not clean afterall. The invisible coat of tongue gunk can only be taken off by such scraper.
Now my breath is much better. Not that I have bad breath to begin with but a clean breath lasts FAR LONGER than brushing your teeth.
Try it! You can never go back.
here's a guide.
