When UPS doesnt update your tracking number and newegg doesnt charge your creditcard.... and no one responds to your customer service requests.

No calls yet, thats tomorrow. Its the same address that they have always shipped to, so i dont think that is the problem.

Thats weird. I've never had a problem with them. And I've been shopping there for many years.

realize that this is likely one of the very few screwups that you will ever see newegg do, and they will likely make it right in the end. There is a reason they exploded in popularity, and continue to grow like wildfire in a scene that has been very hard to break into, and very easy to get a bad rep from.

Why are there people bashing this guy? That's completely idiotic. Newegg is a decent company and all but THEY MAKE MISTAKES and may have done so in this guys case. He's understandably upset about that, and I'm sure you'd be whining like a little b1tch if it happened to you.

Whoa, whoa, whoa, guy. Let's not bring logic and common sense into a thread. You'd think that having been here almost three years you'd have gotten a handle on this concept.

To the OP, be patient. I know it's hard, but Newegg doesn't have their reputation for no reason. PM NeweggSupport and email Newegg themselves. You'll get it sorted out.

You can also try the chat support feature on their site. They have yet to fail me, but mistakes happen. Their chat support reps are excellent and have always been able to take care of any problems. Good luck - hope it all gets sorted out in the end.

Newegg's response times and customer service have always been top notch for me. Just give them a call and they will fix it for you.

Once you know better, you go back to smaller companies that remember what customer service means.

I mean i love newegg, i have ordered numerous times from them and never had any problems... but yeah everyone/company/restruant has a bad day/order/whatever... just sucks when its yours
