once again teh, gigabyte k8nf-9 nforce 4 mobo

what are the settings everyones using in there bios for the gigabyte k8nf-9 nforce4 motherboard. mines at optimal nefault at the moment, it says stuff like smart something is disabled. i ran 3dmark 03 and got a score of 7946 is this correct? what are people changing and overclocking on there stock boards. my computer has like 10 fans i wanna overclock but its been since a long time since ive done it i kind of forgot. so please fill me in on what settings i should be using, thanks guys.

downloaded the 6933 drivers for my vidcard upped the fps for the cpu by like .3, overclocked the videocard abit as well. heres the link http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=3585106
