once again, MS hardware support rocks

I bought my annual pair of internet keyboards from some random online place. one arrived warped a bit so only 3 feet contacted the desk. one call to MS, I faxed some stuff in, and 5 days later I have a new keyboard. yay.

I buy them in pairs because I have pc game rage issues and often smash them BF2 isn't helping lately.

but yes. the mouse replacement program and what you said, definitely gives them a boost in terms of relationship with consumers...
