Expensive for ford to put in there, and expensive to fix. Hence the reason it didn't sell well.

I give him a big thumbs up for daring to be different! I love these kinds of swaps, shows a desire to break out of the cookie-cutter trends and get your hands dirty. He also mentions a Ford Probe => SHO swap..

Jay Leno owns one of the few SHOGUNs, which is a Ford Festiva sporting a SHO engine crammed into it.
