A friend of mine think of getting some cheap mobo for a P4 but it has SIS onboard he says its probably almost as good as 4mx he's not correct right?

Even NForce2 can't keep up with a GF4MX, as far as I kno. Not that either is very fast...

I think the nforce2 is about the level of a gf4mx, but I'm not sure. If your friend wants to be gaming he shouldn't even be considering onboard video.
