On-Screen Keyboard in Win2k

Is there any way to pull up an on-screen keyboard that I can use to emulate the keyboard using the mouse? I use VNC to control several win2k/xp machines from a linux box, and sometimes VNC on linux will not send key presses to the VNC desktop on win2k. It doesn't seem that anyone is working on this bug in VNC, so I figure I need to find a way around it.
