On reboot computer gets caught in loop on mobo splash screen??

When i restart my computer, it will boot to the mobo splash screen (screen where you can press Del key to enter bios) then it will hang for a few seconds then restart again and again... i have to turn computer completely off for a min or 2 then cut it on to get it to boot to windows.. Whats up with that?

Try resetting the CMOS and see if that helps.
