? on microATX/FlexATX for Audio/dvd server

I am trying to build a Wireless Audio/DVD/DIVX Server for my house and am going to use a Lian LI PC 42. It uses microATX or FlexATX mobo. Any suggstions on a good one to use. I dont know jack about these types of mobo. Ill post pics once I begin....

Just as a suggestion, maybe you'd be better off going with a system from Shuttle, like the SS51 or something, which is actually smaller than the Lian-li case, and already has a motherboard inside it. Just a thought.

For an AV server the Shuttle + slow P4 / Cel4 + fanless Radeon 7000 or 9000 does seem like a good choice. The Shuttle takes full-height AGP video cards so you can put in anything you want.

For mATX I'd probably go with a cool-running Tulatin Celeron 1.0 - 1.3 and an intel mATX i815ep mobo. I think one model had AGP. You'll have to hunt around to find someone still carrying them though. If the Lian-li only has low-profile slots I think tcwo.com carries a low-profile Radeon 9000.
