??? on ddr 2700 + overclock on a abit kd7 help needed

first i have the latest bios an amd 2100 cpu generic stick ddr 2700 on a kd7 mobo with a antec 480tt psu one liteon cdrw an wd 80 hard drive and ati 8500 le video card and 2 120mm case fans. with the ram i should be able to reach a fsb of 166 right " i know it runs at that a fsb of 166, it does with my 2500. i try and overclock in steps of 4 starting from 133 fsb and all is good up to a 142 fsb at stock volts so i reboot and then go in bios ut keyboard freezes and need to restart enter bios once more and boom freeze so im not able to up the volts and have to reset the cmos and start over. any thoughts?
