on board AMD 690G GPU

I can not get my man in ravenshield to move smoothly. The man is not moving at all well. Is this because I need something other than the on board amd 690G graphics? I was thinking of amd 2600xt gpu.
 
The X1250 GFX are decent indeed, but not if you're trying to game at 1024x768 or sometimes even 800x600. Most even somewhat newer games are going to require you play them at 640x480 for playeable fps on a 690G based mobo.
