Ominous looking face in Perfect Storm Poster

I was on some crazy conspiracy website (Text) and they were talking about all this crap, but I was looking at the poster andif you look a bit to the southeast of George Clooney's name there is an ominous face looking down form the sky. Is that supposed to be there as symbolization, or did somone just do it for fun? The conspiracy site did'nt mention it. I looked up the poster on google and they all had the ominous face too. Is it supposed to be there or did somone just do it for fun?
