I hate doctors that conclude things they don't understand about to be the patient's delusions.
Instead of looking for possibilities, they automatically discount it as impossible.
 
I don't understand.. They analyze the fibers and find no infection... WHAT ARE THE FIBERS? That's like analyzing sores from the bubonic plague and saying "they're free of ebola".

could be environmental, like is there mold somewhere growing in their place?? also the food they eat, im sure they eat similar food, etc.. but if the GF moved into HIS place, rather than vice versa, and she ends up developing it, thats a different story.
