The 2 would never meet in the wild.
Anacondas are only in South America, hippos live in Africa and Asia.
I think this baby hippo was imported to Brazil (or wherever) to let nature take its course.

Oops, judging by the language in the vid, it looks like it could be some kind of sanctuary or zoo in Eastern Europe.

The more I look at it, I'm pretty sure it's a tapir and not a hippo.
Tapirs are common to South America and have hoofed feet.
That snout also looked pretty long, almost too long to be a hippos.

Why'd they antagonize it to get it to throw up?

My ball python threw up 4 mice because it was handled too soon after eating. If they're stressed they throw up.
