OMGWTF: Customer call

I work in a medical support facility, dealing with ultrasound units. Customer calls in:

Customer: Hello, this is DICK FELL from blankity Hospital. We are having problems with one of ultrasound probes.

Me: Ok sir which probe is it?

Cust: It is the vaginal probe, it is not getting proper penetration.

Me: Ok sir, (oh crap, this is when the funny part hit me) I have this paged out to your technician, He will be calling you back in 1 hour or less.

Cust: Thank you, have a nice day.

Me: You too sir: hang up phone

Me: ROTFLMAOPIMP!!!!!!
