So I started using Crest whitenging strips about 4 days ago and today my teeth are in PAIN! Like the whole front of mmy mouth is one giantic toothache. Fsck this nonsense, I don't need a whiter smile THIS bad.

Second, Teeth are supposed to hurt after using those strips(they are getting clean....)
Third, use fixodent to relieve your pain.'

No, it says on the label "May cause sensitivity in some people." But MY GOD I never expected this.
 
Dude, I used Crest Whitestrips for ... a week and my teeth hurt too. When I used them, I felt little sparks in my teeth. I have no cavities/exposed nerves, but whatever it was, it sucked.

they are highly alkalie i think,maybe acidic. basically they remove the top layer of enamel. gee , i wonder why they made your teeth hurt

Well I guess that explains a thing or two assuming you're right. At any rate I'm done with these f'ing things. Anything making my teeth hurt like this can't be good for them.
 
My dentist said to use Sensodyne toothpaste for a couple of weeks before starting to use the strips, and until you're done with them. It really does help a lot.
