Well folks this is it.

Picture of us!

I am going to ask the girl ive been dating for the last three years to marry me. I will be speaking with her father tomorrow to ask for his permission. Im so nervous and scared that I will mess this up and it wont be perfect.

I already have the ring and after two years of paying for it!

I just cant believe it seems like yesterday I was a kid and now im getting married.

Life is soo amazing and scary at the same time.

I remember when I got engaged, I wasn't nervous at all.

My GF and I were visiting her family. I had the ring with me to show her parents and this nice card I had picked out (I had NEVER given her a card the entire 2 years we had been dating), I wasn't planning on getting engaged. We had gone out for a dirtbike/ATV ride and I ended up going endo and destroying my wrist. I had to ride my ATV out one-handed (on a manual shift) since we were in the back country. When we got home I was greeted to the sight of my truck smashed in. I had parked on the street and the neighbor across the street is a dumbass. He was pulling out if his driveway, kept on going, and crushed my parked truck with his trailer hitch.

I took my GF inside, sat her down, and gave her the card. She knew something was up since she'd never gotten a card from me before. I had written:

"Today sucks. I crushed my wrist and my truck got crushed. Please don't crush my heart; will you marry me?"
