Can I use a $100 of $0 coupon I found on another site? I could really use $100 and a new laptop. If these people don't have one in stock for me, I'm never shopping at Staples again.

All I have to say is: "The week is not over yet." Keep checking on a daily basis. I'd be willing to bet that Staples gets more stock before the week is over.

Besides, how can one launch a class action lawsuit against Staples. At the start of the sale, they had a good quantity on hand, but due to popularity, they sold what they had. However, Staples might be able to provide a substitute if you call them. They've done this before.

I'm on hold with a Staples CSR who is checking with their manager if they will honor this or not.

They said I'll have to pay for shipping since the price is under $50, should I order it?

I'm just wondering if anyone has gotten this deal to work. Obiviously its not a deal, but a pricing error. I don't think Staples will let this fly.

Also, I can't seem to find this laptop model at Staples. Searching doesn't work.

You're right I told the Staples CSR rep that I am a proud Ferengi of the DVDTalk/AT/FW clan and if they dare to charge me shipping on a $0.00 laptop they can ... click they hung up on me.

Click on the 7 day sale icon on Staples.com and you will see the laptop. Still not in stock and it won't let you add it to your cart. I wish they would just remove it since it is just sitting there taunting me. Grrr...:|
