Ok, my girlfriend just commented that in some places in Europe it is illegal to discipline a child by hitting. Can anyone confirm?

When my friend was little, they lived in Germany. His parents couldn't spank him or anything. This was in the early-mid 80s.

I'd handcuff him to a tree in the yard for a while. Can you say "Attention Whore?" Maybe they should use an electric dog collar or a taser! That'd be so awesome. I wish they had a video of that...that little turd getting zapped by 50,000 volts and falling to the ground!!!

I need about 15min or so alone with him.....too bad the parents would have to pay the medical/rehabilitation bills afterwards.....bet they would be glad to.....hummm....anyone know how to contact them???Results guarranteed 100% satisfaction so far...Russians???!!!phaw....why go easy on him...LOL
