Michael: "How did you know that? Did you learn that on the streets?...Sorry..."
Black Guy: "Oh that's okay, I DID learn it on the streets, on the ghetto in fact."
Michael: "No kidding."

Black Guy solo to the camera: "It's all about my bonus."

that was so funny. 🙂

i've tivoed the whole second season and watch it half an hour after it premiers. i get to replay it OVER and OVER......it's the only show I watch. I LOVE THE SHOW!>

It is funny. And I do like the BBC version. To me they are 2 different shows based on the same thing. Funny in there own ways.

it's starting to grow on me. i only started watching it because it's between My Name is Earl and Law and Order SVU. enjoyed the original BBC Office as well.

I like all the characters in the show... except the boss..

Whoever that actor is, he overacts WAYY too much. It's ridiculous... I can't stand watching him.

Hmmmm....😕

I don't get the punchline in this?

Explain?

i havent seen the american version of the office......i have both the orignal english versions (ricky gervais) and they crack me up every time, hilarious and cringe worthy all at the same time.

for people who have watched both...........which do u like best?

I own the bbc one, and I've seen some episodes of the american one.

I thought it sucked when they followed the british format, they just couldn't pull it off. But now that they have their own script I like it better than the original.

****SPOILER*******

The guy and the secretary don't hook up in the BBC version, he asks her but she stays with her fiance.

The US version... though the UK "Dwight" (Gareth) is really awesome. The US version manages to be funny and touching IMHO, which is hard to do. The UK version seems more cynical.

yeah gareth is hilarious, he's really good in the first series.

i see what you mean about being cynical. but i dunno....ricky gervais just has some god given ability to make you cringe and actually feel embarressed for his character...no other comedian has ever made the situation so awkward that you just cant watch like he can.

shall have to check out the american version....hopefully can pick it up on DVD

Actually, they do. You need to check out the Office Specials, which were made following the last season.

Is anyone watching tonight? LMFAO @ Dwight 😀

Yeah Dwight was hilarious. 😛 I wonder how things are going to be around "The Office" now that Pam knows about Jim's crush. Oscar being gay was a bit of a shock though.

The actor is Steve Carell who was in Anchorman and 40 Year Old Virgin. I don't think it's overacting, it's just the over the top personality of the character. The actor is different in some of his other roles

This show is the roxors, i also am fan of this series, s1 was good and i haven;t seen all of s2 yet. hope they continue this great series.
