Ok what on earth.. The "Dancing Kit" on this site has a ripoff of Jimmy Neutron on the box!

It seems they respect no copyrights at all...

If these are actual Nintendo games... then there might be a NOAC (Nintendo On A Chip) in there. Great for modding fun! Make a nifty portable NES.
Though I never liked Nintendo, it may be fine for this unit. What kind of mods?

But I especially don't want a Nintendo emulating my Atari games, as with the Atari Flashback. Big disappointment.

Yeah well when your selling illegal stuff you can't keep the site open for too long, talk about fly by night, sheesh.

how does the wireless part work? it seems one controller has wire on it.

I aminterested in this for in car use for the kids in the back. it is suppose to be battery operated.

Does the wireless one work ok, in terms of battery life as well as the wireless connection - meaning does the game get stuck sometimes even if you just move it off sight for a second? Like the first generation wireless mice....

Tempted to get one. Anyone know how long the wired ones are?

Also - Contra is listed in the wired one, but not Super Contra - are they the same? That game was awesome...

Looking at the site I just saw this:
"UPS, UPS brandmark, and the Color Brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All Rights Reserved. "

Damn... can I go register red and white and sue the crud out of Coke??

No, it just means if you opend up a postal service to deliever packages you couldn't paint your trucks brown...

I say a bunch of these in malls last Xmas. CHEAP! They won't even give you a Wall Power Supply. I hate buying batteries even recharging them suck. And they are cheap plastic controllers. You'd be better off with a cheap PC with TV out vid card. They have millions of emulation programs you can even find it for linux. At least then you COULD get the REAL code and quality controlers.

This is a big dissapointment IMO, and yes you do get what you pay for! Good Luck!

I got this, was disappointed, the wireless controller has to be pretty close to the receiver, and even then you had to keep your aim towards it pretty right on, you could move a bit but if you went to far off it stopped working. Worst of all when I press the jump button 10 times it would only work 8 or 9 times out of 10. I don't think the controller button was defective I think the signal was just being cut out once and awhile. Now it could be that mine happens to be a defect or broken and that it is rare, I just am telling what happened with mine.

Anyways I am sending it back, I told them I would trade for the wired one, if they cover the shipping, and we will see how this unfolds.

Hope that helps.

Well they replied to my email and said they would pay the shipping too me of the wired model. So looks like they have a support staff anyways.

...odd how they use the word occasionally...
I think the last line is the best though: "We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful." perhaps they should add an asterisk that says *Except Copyright Infringment

Received my mallitems order today....

except it wasnt what i ordered. I ordered and paid for the $19.99 power player wireless and they shipped me the power player 76000. No way am I eating shipping on this item back to them.

I sent them an email, asking for the correct item and requesting a prepaid return shipping box. If they wont do that, I'll file a complaint with paypal.

Slag

I got mine today the wired version which is only $13
It's easily worth the money! Best game in there is probably Super Mario Bro though the sound is all mess up. Duck hunt also works!
Biggest complaint is I was they were honest about the number of games in there. Like regular Mario Bro is listed in there a gazillion time and none of the games are listed in Alphabetical order. Try finding the game you want with 1000 repeat names with slightly different names.

So your complaint is that they WERE honest??

I could be wrong, but I think he meant "I WISH they were honest"

And they are cheap plastic controllers

What are your controllers made out of?

I just got mine... ordered a dance pad from Mallitems. Worried me a bit because it was just a Paypal deal and after two confirmation emails, nothing telling me it had shipped or anything. Took about... oh, 1½ weeks or so to show up UPS ground. Cost was just over $18 shipped. The pad itself is fine - very responsive unlike some other pads I've used previously for PSX and PS/2. The pad comes with three types of games built-in. Of course there's the dance games - total of six songs that sound like polyphonic midi. Then there are six karaoke songs - also sounding like midi. Finally there are four games. Arkanoid is one, plus a pinball game, spyhunter-like game and a whack-a-mole game.

Besides the cheesy midi music, the graphics look like EGA (for those old-timers).

Worth the $18? Almost... but not quite.

They did throw in a pen with their URL on it, nice touch plus it writes well unlike other freebie pens I've gotten (bunch of dry ones from Newegg).
