OMG, so sooreeeeee.....

Orsorum

Man, I've never really worked out one day after the other. Lifted weights last night, did it again tonight. Figure I'll just bite the bullet and get in the routine of a daily workout.

But, man. Sore.

That's exactly what I'm going to do. I really need to do more cardio, in either case. Figure I'll start swimming three days, weights three days a week come fall quarter.

I like working out every day. Even though I figure it's generally better to hit the weights first, then do cardio, I usually end up going biking first just to get loosened up.

It's been a long time since I've been sore the next day from weightlifting, but stunt work and practice is another thing. Think I pulled something in the front of my left leg doing an hour of kicks this morning, so I wimped out on doing squats this afternoon. I can always do lower-body on the weights tomorrow if my leg feels up to it after getting some sleep.

Pussy 😛 You'll get used to it. I work out 4-5 days a week, no breaks between days - I don't notice a difference in energy levels or anything anymore.
