It was a light blue Dodge "K" car. Wired to the grill of it was a 2 foot tall stuffed Barney doll. It had a tongue hanging out of it's mouth and they had taken red paint and splattered it all over the grill and hood of the car to make it look like barney was a piece of road kill.

Good God, when toph99 pointed that description out to me I thought you had by some stroke of luck seen the backup family car. Someone actually stole the word "Plymouth" off of the back, if you can believe that (1988 Plymouth Reliant).
