Is this legal?
Isn't this bait and switch, fraud, misrepresentation, or something like that.
I have a purchase confrimation email saying I just purchased a compaq presario. Aren't they now bound by legal contract to come up with the product?
A few years back a pricing mistake in a store here in Alaska listed a TV as $50. They legaly had to sell it to my friend for that. Isn't there rules governing the web the same way?
Read their terms of service. They reserve the right to cancel things at their discretion when their is a pricing mistake, but will ask you to approve any changes or problems that were found with their order.
It's only bait and switch if you offer something at a certain price, don't tell the consumer about limited quantities or something, then tell them you are offerring a similar product for more money. Nothing of that sort is happening here.
