For the love of god, the peak on my left bicep has been twitching all day. I can't stand it. I can't do anything else becasue it is so annoying! What can I do to fix this?

I had that happen once. My bicep twitched off and on for a few days. Went away though, never came back. It was the most annoying thing in the world though.

Eat a couple of bananas and take a tums.

Potassium and calcium may help, won't hurt.

On a serious note, try eating a fruit high in potassium, such as a kiwi or banana. Here is what is happening when you contract your muscles. Your arm seems to be having short bouts with cramps or tetni. Hope this helps! :D

Cut it off? No, no.......

all you need is an icepick ;)

Seriously, I've experienced that. Most annoying, second only to the twitching eyelid :| It's always gone away after a while, but it's happened more than once.

Hehe, it gets worse trying to figure out what happens in each step of muscle contraction. The body is a wonderful thing to learn about! :D

Another thing I forgot to add, ATP (energy) is needed to release the myosin head from the "complex". At worst, try going to sleep and see if it is still present when you wake up.

Just an fyi, you don't have a bicep, you have a biceps.

Just as if you had only one eye, you'd be a cyclops, not a cyclop.

Eat more bananas. Your potassium sodium pump is very low on feedstock.
