ummm, definition of knockout game is to try and knock an unsuspecting innocent person out for no reason...

This was an argument and one person was put in their place by another who disapproved of his actions.

Guy got messed up though, lol.

The only thing that was missing was Chris tucker running up and yelling "you got knocked the fuck out!"

He was definitely unsuspecting, and probably considers himself innocent too.
