Must be summertime finally, a truck just drove down my street.

What do you normally get? Good Humor strawberry shortcake ftw

I have a hard time spending $3 on a single ice cream treat. Screw that.
Same here, and I can get custard-style soft ice cream by walking only about 40 feet.
I don't remember how much it costs, but compared to a half gallon for $4, it's just not worth it.

Little cone with the fat bubble gum ball on the bottom.

screwball son.

I always loved our Italian Ice truck (chocolate flavor FTMFW, I can still taste it just thinking about them) and Polar Cups (lemon ice)

I saw an ice cream truck today. We were about 15 miles off the main road on an old mine trail. The was an ice cream truck off to the side. It was upside down and stripped.

OP has it right. Good Humor strawberry shortcake FTW!

Ohhhh, my favorite ice cream truck ice cream of all time. I used to get that all the time when I was a kid. Toasted Almond, and to a lesser extent, chocolate, were good, too.

I guess they ran out of rocky road.

Ditto that, nothing from a truck is good enough to justify the price. During the summer I keep the freezer well stocked with both ice cream and novelties. A half gallon of good ice cream or a whole box of novelties costs less than a single cone from a truck.
