OMG it's 90 degrees in L.A.!

It got to 39 degrees today and I didn't go out for more than a couple of minutes. This is the warmest it's been in a couple of months. It's been hovering around 0 degrees the last couple of weeks.

It was 92F today in Palm Springs - 2 degrees hotter (94F) where I was working outdoors.

This is the second hottest January in LA since records began about 130 years ago. In fact, LAST JUNE was COOLER then THIS JANUARY.

In fact, I lived in San Diego all Summer and it NEVER even got into the 80s AT ALL (until October - 82F).

So you guys freezing back East - have a little mercy - its FRIGGIN HOT here!
(especially when it is in Winter and you are not used to it)
(it cools starting Sunday . . . phew!)
