OMG I'M FAT

So I hadn't weighed myself since Christmas, and I just got home for Spring Break. Turns out I gained ~15 pounds! 🙁 Now I'm a hefty 188lbs @ 5'11''. Sigh.

I guess I'll spend the week jogging furiously and playing a lot of basketball.

Can some other fat people cheer me up?

that's not fat... since u can jog and bball that means most of it should be muscle. - 5 pound water,, u pro only need to jog 1 mile/day for a month to loose 10 pounds.. doesn't take much determination to jog. Good luck

Sorry no pics. Most of the weight is around my stomach and love handles. I don't think I'm out of shape and I actually work out fairly regularily. I blame McDonalds. It's on the way to/from the bus stop, so I see it everyday. I guess I learned my lesson.

I've noticed I'm turning into a fatty, too. 5'8", used to be 140 with 11% body fat, now am 158 with 14% body fat. I blame hamburgers, delicious delicious hamburgers....

Any way to measure body fat at home without any weird tools? I dont have a fat % scale or anything.

Not that I know of. We have a scale that measures it.
