the president signs bills into law, but in the case of a veto override that isn't required AFAIK.
the bill of rights, more than saying what our rights are, limits what rights government cannot touch, IIRC.
constitution can only be changed by a constituional ammendment ratified by 37 out of 50 states.

The REAL Answers were:

Who is the president? Dubya Bush

Who is the vice president? (hardest question...is it a trick q?) I was joking...I know its Cheney!

How many senators? 100 (though I think I said 50 first!)

Capital of N.C.? Raleigh (btw I took the test in N.C.)

What is the Bill of Rights? (got it wrong!) The answer he was looking for was "first 10 amendments to the constitution" and then he wanted me to give an example of one of them (First free speech, Second bear arms, Fifth cannot bear witness against yourself etc.)

Can the constitution be changed? How? Yes, through the Amendment process

Who signs a bill into law? President

Looks like I'm gettin deported....to a country that I know nothing about....like Borneo...although, it'd be kinda cool to tell people that I lived in Borneo when they asked where I live, except the only people that would ask would be already living in Borneo, since I wouldn't be able to leave to a country that spoke English, and they probably wouldn't have internet, so I wouldn't be able to communicate very easily. Ok, enough of my rambling...I'm done

You asked for it...:D

Wakko:
Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Indianapolis, Indiana
And Columbus is the capital of Ohio
There's Montgomery, Alabama, south of Helena, Montana
Then there's Denver, Colorado, under Boise, Idaho.

Texas has Austin, then we go north
To Massachusetts' Boston, and Albany, New York
Tallahassee, Florida, and Washington, D.C.
Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Nashville, Tennessee.

Elvis used to hang out there a lot, ya know.

Trenton's in New Jersey, north of Jefferson, Missouri
You've got Richmond in Virginia; South Dakota has Pierre
Harrisburg's in Pennsylvania and Augusta's up in Maine
And here is Providence, Rhode Island, next to Dover, Delaware.

Concord, New Hampshire, just a quick jaunt
To Montpelier, which is up in Vermont
Hartford's in Connecticut, so pretty in the fall
And Kansas has Topeka; Minnesota has St Paul.

Juneau's in Alaska and there's Lincoln in Nebraska
And it's Raleigh out in North Carolina and then
There's Madison, Wisconsin, and Olympia in Washington
Phoenix, Arizona, and Lansing, Michigan.

Here's Honolulu; Hawaii's a joy
Jackson, Mississippi, and Springfield, Illinois
South Carolina with Columbia down the way
And Annapolis in Maryland on Chesapeake Bay.

They have wonderful clam chowder.

Cheyenne is in Wyomin' and perhaps you make your home in
Salt Lake City out in Utah, where the Buffalo roam
Atlanta's down in Georgia, and there's Bismarck, North Dakota
And you can live in Frankfort in your old Kentucky home.

Salem in Oregon; from there we join
Little Rock in Arkansas; Iowa's got Des Moines
Sacramento, California; Oklahoma and its city
Charleston, West Virginia, and Nevada, Carson City.

That's all the capitals there are!

how the heck did you have so many questions.. I had like 6 questions..and yes I got the vice president thing too.. but I got none wrong.. but rather I spelt his name wrong..

Oh I dont have a middle name.. well I used to .. but then my great grandfather took it out. Otherwise I would be known as Manjul Khan Bose (Khan comes from teh 11th century poet who was given that title by a muslim king who ruled Bengal region of India.).

I don't have a middle name either... I'm Matt A___ the III, though. That's probably why I don't have a middle name, just because that would screw up the Sr., Jr., III bloodline.

:D

Lol, that's a new one. Is it a "good" middle name? one that you like?
Dude, I've never heard it before in my life!! But its better than Percival or Wigglesworth or something like that!

BTW the test was easy:

Who is the president?

Who is the vice president? (hardest question...is it a trick q?)

How many senators?

Capital of N.C.?

What is the Bill of Rights? (got it wrong!)

Can the constitution be changed? How?

Who signs a bill into law?

Then I had to read a sentence and write a sentence for English req's.

Lets see if I remember anything from Government last year.. o_O

1. Bush
2. Cheney
3. 2 per state aka 100
4. Raleigh (ie? ei? forgot)
5. basic rights granted to each citizen including freedom of speech, press, religion, right to bear arms, blah blah, first 10 amendments
6. Yes, by adding more amendments.
7. Congress votes, if passed, goes to President, if President vetos it, it can go back to Congress.

If I remember correctly.. let's hope I don't have to take one of these tests anytime soon..
