Yeah I get them too. Scares me sometimes cause I really do think I'm about to kick the bucket, but it goes away.
 
Probably not a heart attack, but it might be angina. SEE A DOCTOR




Actually you can maintain consciousness during a heart attack if you take quick deep breaths with a cough at the end of each one.
