OMG I just bought something from a telemarketer!

AT&T Broadband just called and I had them switch over my local and long distance lines.
Granted, I was thinking about doing it anyway because me free long distance from MCI ran out a couple months back, but still...
Also the fact that I can consolidate my cable & phone bills is nice.

I think this'll be the last "Out of Area" call I'll answer for a while though.

You really should switch over to ZoneCMS for your telephone service. Only like 4 cents a minute.

But I bought something from a telemarketer earlier this year. It cost me $6500.


They called and asked if we needed new windows. We said, actually, yes! And they came and put new windows in, 13 of them plus two large picture windows.


Wow. Never woulda thunk it.

and that is why they keep calling people actually, the no call list just kicked in here in Texas and it's working pretty well so far.
