WTF? It just appeared this morning after I took a shower. It small like zit but it looks to be filled with clear liquid.

Should I pop it?

It's not a zit. Pop it if you want. It will be filled with a stringy fluid. It may or may not come back.

These often show up after drinking orange juice, but they aren't from an allergy.

Nothing to worry about.

I have been drinking a lot of Sprite lately. Plus my lips were really chapped yesterday.

There is a medical name for these. My dentist told me once, but I don't remember it. I used to get them about once a week, but haven't had them in years.

Are you an M.D. to make that diagnosis? It is possible to get herpes blisters within the mouth too. or it could be other ailments.

It sounds like you have a Mucocele. I've had two on my lower lip, and really it's just a plugged salivary gland. They aren't harmful AFAIK, just annoying. The ones I had were plugged fairly deep in the tissue so I had the dentist remove them.
