OMG.. I hate when crap like this happens

The computer is acting up and won't restart or anything and I can't kill explorer.exe so I hit Reset. Windows XP greets me with "Corrupted ntoskrnl32.exe, please replace this file". So I pop in the CD, recovery console, chkdsk, reboot, error is gone. Yet upon logging in I get a strange dialog box that says "Reg1 Reg2 Reg3" etc.. and three options: Mail, phone, ok
I just click ok. Then, the computer lags like hell for a while and not everything loads. This is messed up...
