Aww, how kind of you? Why thank you lucifer, I hope you post more things like this to come! Saving me time in that I don't have to post the same ******. Yes I believe iTunes is a POS excuse for a music management and playing software. Just because you have 1GB of ram available, doesn't mean it needs 256MB of ram to organize your music, or 192MB to play back your music.. In case you didn't realize, I like to listen to my music in the background while playing games. And because my ram is very expensive because it's high speed, I cannot purchased more ram unless I invest a hefty amount of money into my rig which I'm still not sure would be very wise nowadays.

So, which mp3 player DO you use?

So why not bash on your games for being such ressource hogs?

I do bash them, to an extent, but for what iTunes does, there is absolutely NO excuse.

can itunes downloaded mp3s be put on other mp3 players than ipod?

I'm thinking yes but i wouldn't be surprised if it was no.

You don't buy mp3s... you buy aac files. I think a lot of mp3 players also play aac files.

If not you can always burn a cd and then rip it again.... I've only bought a couple songs from iTunes....fast download, easy searching. It's a good system....just not one I plan on using. I like physical cds and the ability to rip & archive multiple places to different formats.

What a fine idea! First you purchase an already degraded quality copy of the song which probably could have been obtained from an XM radio station etc.. then I burn it, losing quality, then I RERIP it losing more quality, then finally I encode it, again losing even more quality. Doing that proceedure above is far worse than transcoding any song out there, but then again if you own an iPod, you're probably deaf since you clearly can't hear how ****** it sounds with those white 'buds.

Nobody in the history of the world has ever used different headphones with the ipod. Ever. You're completely right, and everyone with an ipod sucks. Apple sucks. Itunes sucks.

Multiple forum accounts sucks, and so do ignorant trolls. Everyone knows you're a troll; so do us a favor and just stop posting.
