I was watching a PBS program on Global Economy and they showed CS reps in India using made up American names like Tracy and Megan. I'll bet that was no TRACY!!!!

i called regular customer service the other day and got someone in america! it was amazing.

I know it sucks all our jobs are going to Pananma and India

I get callers every day saying, thank God you speek english.

This post was brought to you buy a Dell tech support guy who is going to loose his job to someone overseas.
 
We met with a company in New York (Computer Generated Solutions) and their CEO said that they do about half of Dell's tech support and they outsource 3/4 of their calls to India.
