So today I got all freaked out since my girlfriends roommate just found out she just got herpes and they share a bathroom! but then we found out that it wont spread via inanimite objects (Only through sexual contact) so there is basically no chance that my gf could have got it. Plus, this girl just got it this past week, and my gf hasnt really slept at her apt for 3 or 4 nights. ::sigh:: Sucks for that girl though, apparently her boyfriend cheated on her and voila, owned.

yeah talk about owned damn.....

If this were to have happened to me, I would have stopped and just puked instatnly all over everything.......that would suck so bad
 
Herpes virus on toilet seat + open wound or open body orifice (urethra opening on the penis or vagina) = Herpes for you both. Congrats. Your GF's skanky ho roommate will kill you all.
 
Tell your girlfriend not to share bath soap or bath towels. Also if your girlfriend gets any pimples or abrasions or any cuts on her rear, she should disinfect the toilet seat before sitting on it.

Yeah, the girl is not a slut at all, she's just had this one bf, then a few weeks ago he was kind of avoiding her for a while, and then they got back together, and then this happens, now everyones thinking he must have cheated on her. what an a$$.

Yeah, there are two bathrooms in the apt. and as soon as she heard about it she moved all her stuff out of there asap. Lucky she has stayed at my place almost the past week though so she hasnt even been there.

Seems like a large leap there...unless I'm misunderstanding you.

First off, his GF is only having sex with him presumably, and it's her romate that found out she had it. The roomate of the gf got it when her bf cheated on her with another girl who had it, then gave it to her. If anything the fault probably lies with the roomates bf who cheated no?

Were you talking about the roomate? Is it not possible to get herpes even if a condom is used?
