OMG, help!

it seems that Lost and Found can only let me select 1.44M Disk as my destination drive, what should i do?
 
I think someone was having a problem with mbr and found a software called final data.
www.finaldata.com and the mbr was restored.

I check out their website, it seems final data can restore a formatted HD.
You might want to look there and see if it suits your need.
 
how do you "accidentally" format your hard drive?
dont you have to do it in dos, and isn't there 2 warnings before you do it?
