Knowing that Microsoft owns Bungie, I seriously doubt that. 😉 How could you question MS's integrity? Anyways, I will buy both and be happy.
 
halo is the single reason why I will never own an xbox. it was stolen from the PC and ruined, therefore I cannot participate in this evil!

But was Halo a popular game for the pc? Is there a huge following for the game in the pc gaming community? Will pc gamers who play CS:S, Painkiller, Doom 3, Battlefield series, UT series..etc care about Halo 2 by the time Vista comes out? (end of this year I assume)

By the time Halo 2 comes out there will probably be another Battlefield game, Unreal Tournament 2007 is out there (with next gen visuals unlike Halo 2)..etc. Too little too late in my opinion.

But i dont want vista! I was just gonna sit with XP until they released a proper new version of windows, like blackcomb or whatever it was renamed too.
 
I don't want Vista either? I like XP and its such a PITA to have to reinstall everything plus find drivers. Argh...I want Halo2 but not at that cost.
