Just think. Probably 30% of the country gets their information from this show.

It could be worse... they could get it from John Stewart or Sean Hannity instead.

Over 13 million people get their information from Rush Limbaugh. Now that's scary.

Close 2nd Winnar!~

You have stats that say 13 million people only listen to Rush and therefore get all of their information from him? ;)

I guess no one knows for sure. But one thing we do know for sure is that he's by far the most listened-to radio host in the country. That's not to say that every listener is a "ditto-head," but the fact that many of his regular listeners do identify themselves as such is scary enough. Obviously I do not have statistics on exactly how many people are ditto-heads.

I don't have a problem with him solely because of his political views either. The problem is that he is constantly lying and embellishing, and a lot of people just accept whatever he says at face value. Now, is that better or worse than the vacuous fluff that is broadcast on TV morning shows? I don't know. You be the judge.

Sorry if this was too P&N-like for OT.

Yeah, morning talk shows are terrible. I am making myself busy not working at work!

I really don't. I live in a place that has no OTA HD reception, and there aren't any more analog stations, so I just don't bother.

And Kelly is hot .... Until you look at her knees. Ugliest fucking things known to mankind.

:p

(Just to get the ATOT standard in there...)

I'm on my second cup of coffee. It seems a little stronger than usual, but maybe it's just me.

I'll be mowing the grass in a little bit. Ooo, looking at the weather, today isn't going to suck. Good news.

That reminds me - I've got some weirdo mutant grass taking hold in the front yard. Usually grows an inch in the 24 hours after being cut, sticking up above the rest of the normal grass. Makes me look like I can't mow.

I can relate. Previous owner of house treated lawn, I didn't this year and it seems I spend more time trimming weeds than I do grass. The buckhorn is the worst.

Timothy's has 3 mini biscotti for $1. I asked for 1, but the cashier assumed I meant $1's worth so I ended up with 3. I ate two and will have the other one later.

Minus her bony hips, she is fuck worthy.
