If it was coming out then who cares what he writes on it, there was no harm done. The women aren't going to get rich anyways because of the new malpractice laws they will only get a fraction of a million dollars.
 
those women are idiots. if there's no harm done (except the one who had hemorraging, and then only if it was directly related to the "branding"), they deserve to be countersued for a meaningless lawsuit. "violated trust?" that is an excuse for money if i've ever heard one. the doctor deserves a slap on the wrist and a $500 fine. the women need to get over themselves. :|
