OMG.. don't ever get a "large" chocolate shake from whataburger..

jeez..

coming home from work at 1:30am tonite, I got a sweet tooth, and realized I hadn't had a chocolate milk shake in like years, and it kinda sounded good.

so, whataburger being the only place open at 1:30 am with shakes, I pulled in and ordered a large, thinking it would be like sonic's large shakes, 22oz.

OMG... it was a beast! 44 freakin' ounces of chocolate smoothniess. :Q I couldn't finish half of it without feeling sick. humans aren't meant to consume that much daily product in one sitting.

There is a local ice cream place here called Bo's that make their larges that big. They have been doing it the same since 51 and it is still the best place in town.

44's are huge, yes. And they look REALLY COOL when you spill one full of pepsi over the counter at 7-Eleven and soak some $10 in lottery tickets. The funny thing was that I was carrying three all at the same time and got the first two onto the counter with no problems at all. In trying to put the third, it somehow just... went all over the fvckin place. I was laughing so hard. The clerk (having an east Indian accent too! :Q) started bitching me out, too.

I ended up paying for two of the 8 tickets, but his reaction was the BEST! &quot;oh my god! what am I going to do? My manager isn't here. Do you have a towel? (yeah pal, like I walk around with a towel out my back pocket)&quot;

I thought it was physically impossible to drink 1 gallon in ~1 hour... something about lactaid acid or something building up... ok maybe not physically impossible but just really damn hard

Actually if you drink too much of anything in one sitting in a certain amount of time you'll pass out. (A friend passed out after drinking too much water - ended up hitting his head and going into a coma for a week - he's back to normal now however)
