I left work today at 11... they said the guy would be there between 11 and 2 to install my DVR box.



2 rolls around.. I call and they're like "um, mr armatron, we have you scheduled between 2 and 5" WTF? ok whatever fine.. I take the rest of the day off work.


5 rolls around.. I call... they dunno why he's not here... and they'll get in touch w/ dispatch and have someone call me.


6 rolls around.. I get a call... he got hung up somewhere (no sh!t) and they're sorry he didn't call me. He should be there sometime.


(I have class at 6:30)


He called just now. He's stuck in traffic, and doesn't know where he is, or how long it will take. So no work, no class, and armatron is mad... but doesn't know what to do about it.. so eh posts on ATOT.
 
I think I might call comcast customer service tommorow and demand/ask for a bill credit. I've wasted half a day's work, all because of comcast
 
Well if he shows up, tell him you want all the channels, otherwise you'll call Comcast and say he offered to give you all the channels for $50. 😉

I ONLY have had problems with their tech people. When I went to digital, then from digital to HD, this SAME thing happened.



Also, at another apartment, I was getting unexplainable packet loss from 5pm-9pm.... they never could figure it out. I honestly think it was the wiring... I switched to another apt in the same complex and the problem went away.
