So lately I've been making breakfast sandwiches with eggs/cheese/black forest ham + thomas english muffin... and it's been good... Well, I just added this magical thing called bacon and it made the sandwich 100x times better...

HOLY SHIT... I am a believer now... not that I didn't believe before, but I must now pray to the bacon gods for their wonderful bacon.
 
I knew a family that didn't eat pork because they believed pigs had reached a level of emotional intelligence that was too high. They would eat turkey bacon instead.

You just cant beat the original. The flavor is just too amazing.
 
Did you toast the english muffin by frying it in the bacon fat? If not, you have still have a lot to learn.

This. The best breakfast sandwich consists of:

1 (2 if you feel ambitious) fried egg (not scrambled) Bonus of your egg is still slightly gooey. Not sunny side up gooey though.
2 strips bacon
2 slices american cheese
1 english muffin toasted in bacon grease
Dash of salt/pepper
 
Mmmmmmmm Fat American indeed!!!!! Well, I opted not to fry my english muffin in bacon grease since I had made it the day prior and didn't want a soggy english muffin. I will do this next time for sure. :O~

mmmm bacon is great...

Restaurant in SoCal has this signature 50/50 (50% ground beef and 50% ground bacon)!

One of my favorite sandwiches (and I don't order this very often) is a BLT with cheddar and avocado on toasted sourdough. It is freaking delicious!
