OMG...Antec P180 for $49.99AR at CompUSA (free ship with filler too! Also at B&M!)

I've had the P180 for over a year. The power supply being located in a separate compartment with the hard drives is more of a PITA than a 'feature' IMO. Yes, it's a decent case. Is it more quiet? In my opinion, not much. You still need to purchase a quiet heat sink fan, and new case fans, or don't waste your time. Not worth the hassle. The side panel was particularly weak and disappointing to me.

I dunno about that...my roommie had a P180 and his case was always quieter than mine even after I installed all new quiet coolers for everything (zalman heatsinks on both CPU and GPU and a Zalman PSU...system actually is pretty quiet, just not as quiet as my roommate's was...with all stock fans lol)

Based on previous stuff I've read your chance of getting the silver p180B is very good. I bought the silver p180 from best buy a while back and although it did not state on the website, i rcvd the p180B.

Case is very quiet with the tricoll fans on low...

This is hot. Got mine for 79.99 AR at outpost last time. It's been more than a month ans the rebate havent arrived yet. The case is beautiful, I brought it for the dual zone ventilation, but I would've paid the price before rebate had I seen it in person. It's just beautiful.

The rebate is an Antec rebate, but I will say, I've received all the Compusa rebates I've applied for. The mail in ones sometimes took forever, but the newer erebates have been turned around in a timely manner.

Antec rebates say on their form if you haven't received your rebate in 12 weeks call 1-800-xxx-xxxx. Their rebates do take close to the full 12 weeks, (sometimes 8-10), but they have always come for me without me having to call. I've done maybe 10 Antec rebates in the past 3 years so their track record is pretty good with me. People just need a little patience, as they do say 12 weeks on the form.

i have gotten two antec rebates in the past 6 months, one on the p180 and the other on a PSU...both came within 4 weeks...but i will say that samsung is another story.

Well, you could have fillered to get free shipping...they had some FAR software and like $5AR networking gear.

Or if you needed a PSU they had PSUs for decent prices.

And FWIW? This is a heavy case, so I can't imagine that it'd be cheap to ship, just look at how much the ebayers try to charge for shipping.

Thanks for the hot deal. I had to drive 100 miles to get the black case but man I love it, so killer deal. Btw I noticed they also had the antec truepower trio 650 for 179.99 with instant 80.00 for 99.99, so don't know if thats a good deal for the psu but I love my Antec Truepower 550 This new case with my dual 7600gs in sli make hardly any noise.

I've tried entering my local ZIP, but the store locator is whack. It shows Pittsburgh is my closest store, but using an adjacent ZIP code for the next city shows a store much closer (albeit still 1+ hours drive) to me.
