omg! a new Commander Keen game coming!

haha, I had that game on my first computer! Actually I'm not a big gamer, but somehow my Mom got hooked on it..
It'll be neat to see the new one..🙂

Its for the Game Boy Color, but thats still cool. It would have the same look and feel at least...

I remember Commander Keen.

I also remember those Wolfenstein 3D levels hidden in Doom 2 where four Commander Keens were being hanged and you had to put him out of his misery to get to the exit switch. 🙂

Hey I got a Q for your guys (hope you don't mind piku, I didn't think it was worthy of a new thread, so I'll squat in yours 😉). I was watching the GeForce3/Macworld movie, and he announced John Carmack as being from id Software. And he said it just like that, "id", as in the beginning of "idiot". I always thought it was "I.D.", but without the caps and periods...was there anyone else that had it screwed up? I kinda felt dumb after hearing that, since I've been calling them I-D for the past 7 years 😱

I think it's supposed to be id. (like in kid) Think id, super-id, ego. All those psychologicial terms. Anybody else care to elaborate?

I always have, and always will, pronounce them I D, both letters individually. id, how they say it, just sounds dumb 😀

(still spell it id tho)

that brings back memories.. I played hours of commander keen & and game called Face Off.
I also played Stunts (if anyone has got a copy PM me) and F1 written by Domark Software.
